Doug joined Hallett Silbermann at the beginning of 2011 and brings to the company considerable operational transport expertise from his previous position when he worked for CERT, the specialist distributor of fine wines and spirits, and operator of bonded warehouses in the South East.

Doug aims to put to good use his operational experience in the very different but equally challenging demands posed by the construction and industrial orientated markets in which Hallett Silbermann primarily operate.

Although Doug says his hands are pretty full with ''a new arrival in the family'', he still makes time to open the batting for his local village cricket team, follow Tottenham Hotspur FC, and also pursue his specialist interest in bee keeping.
