October 2003 - We're on our way to Wembley

When you climb the steps of the new Wembley Stadium think of Hallett Silbermann !
Throughout autumn 2003 the Rolls transport division of Hallett Silbermann are responsible for transporting 50 loads of pre-cast concrete sections, each 5.0 metres in width, from Cambridgeshire to the new stadium. Each section forms part of the landings in the stairway towers around the stadium.
Due to each load being the width of two carriageways they are escorted by police throughout their journey, running at night into London, and onto the site of the new stadium.
